A phone assistant.
Answers in your business name when you can't, takes the details properly and sends you a clear summary of every call.
Your AI consultant in Leeds. I simplify the jobs that eat your day, so you get hours back.
Missed calls. Chasing confirmations. Copying details from one place to another. The small jobs that eat your evenings are the ones I build away.
The everyday ones first. Each is built around how your business already works. The examples use made-up names.
Answers in your business name when you can't, takes the details properly and sends you a clear summary of every call.
Anyone who rings and gets no answer gets a text straight away, so they don't try the next business on Google.
Reminders before every appointment, with an easy way to confirm or move it. A moved booking can be filled. An empty chair can't.
Every quote you send gets a polite follow-up a few days later, so work doesn't go quiet because nobody asked.
Emails tagged, filed and given a draft reply, so the morning starts with the ones that matter.
Details from calls, emails and forms go straight into the spreadsheet or system you already use.

If a job is repetitive and follows rules, I can probably build it away. If I can't, I'll tell you on the first call.
Tell me yoursMaya is a phone assistant I built for letting agents. She answers tenant repair calls when the office is shut and writes them up for the team.
This is one of her calls, from a made-up agency.
Ellie: Water's dripping through the kitchen ceiling. The light's on.
Maya: Okay, safety first. Don't touch the light switch. Do you know where your stopcock is?
Ellie: Under the sink. It's off now.
Maya: Thanks, Ellie. I've flagged this as urgent and sent it to the team.
Play the tenant on the card. You'll ring from your own phone, so give the name and address when she asks. For a real agency, she connects to your own tenant records.
* Every name, number, address and problem is fictional and sits in Maya's demo records.
Checks the caller against your tenant records, so she knows who they are and where they live.
Sees earlier reports at the property and flags repeats, so a fault isn't patched over the phone forever.
Knows the boiler on file, where the stopcock is and how to get in.
Picks up an elderly tenant living alone or a baby in the house, and raises the urgency.
Gas, carbon monoxide, fire and water near electrics get the safety steps before any other question.
Every call emailed with the urgency, what was tried and what was confirmed from the record.
Your accounts. Your logins. Your tool.
I'm a consultant, not a subscription. You see exactly how your tool works, so you can run it, change it or hand it to someone else.
You tell me where your time goes and we pick the one job worth fixing first. If AI isn't the answer, I'll say so.
What I'll build, a fixed price, a target date and how we'll test it. You sign it and pay the first half.
It's built on your accounts with an update every week. Then you get 14 days to test it before it goes near a customer.
I walk you through how it works and how to change it. You pay the second half, and 30 days of fixes are included.
A fixed price, agreed in writing before anything starts.
Missed-call texts, reminders, review requests or details into a spreadsheet. Yours to own from £695. That's under £58 a month over the first year, then nothing to me after that.
A voice assistant like Maya, or a few tools joined up. Own it from £1,795, or I run it from £495 plus £129 a month.
For builds you own, after the first 30 days of fixes. £50 a month, or £97 for a phone line. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
Every build comes two ways: own it outright, or let me run it monthly and buy it out whenever you like, with what you've paid counting towards it. If you own it, you pay the running costs straight to the tools, at cost. For a phone assistant that's usually around 20p to 25p per minute of calls. You'll see an estimate in your scope.
Probably. The list is just the common ones. If a job is repetitive and follows rules, there's a good chance it can be built. If it can't, I'll tell you on the free call.
Only if you want me to run it. Own it and there's nothing monthly to me, just what the tools charge you directly. If I run it, it's rolling monthly with 30 days' notice, and you can buy it out whenever you like.
You get 14 days to test it before go-live. If it doesn't do what's in the scope, I fix it. The second payment only happens once it does.
No. If you can use email and a spreadsheet you'll be fine. The walkthrough covers everything at your pace, and it's recorded.
We write down exactly what it can and can't say, and you test it before it goes near a customer. AI can still get things wrong, so I'll be straight with you about where it fits.
No. Maya is one example. I build for any small business with a job that eats its time. Letting agents can see the full Maya service here.
A couple of lines is plenty. I'll reply within one working day, and if it's not worth building I'll say so.
I'll reply within one working day to book a call.
